*No sugar *No fat *No muffins *Sometimes milk *Sometimes eggs *Must eat fruit *Must eat vegetables *Must buy vitamine pills *Water *Sugarless tea *No junkfood *No meat nor fish *Loads of cereals *Never drink sodas *Some juices allowed (fresh ones) 3 meals a day, each. Must weigh 53-55 in a maximum of two weeks. |
