i'm sick...which is not good when you're in university, because not everything can just get pushed back another
day.  i was in my calculus class, with ten minutes left to go, and all of a sudden i became nautious and dizzy.  i
thought i would be able to last the ten minutes, then just wait in the bathroom until i felt better.  however, natural
instinct got the better of me and i was forced to exit the class, and walk quickly to the bathroom.  on the way, my
legs felt awkward, everything was moving a hundred different directions at once.  i felt like i might pass out.
however, i was able to make it; and then i threw up in a sink.  i didn't think i would be able to handle going back into class until it was over, so i just waited in that bathroom, bracing myself on the sink.  eventually i kneeled down on the floor, which made me feel a bit better.  class ended.  i went back and got my stuff.  copied down the bit of lecture i missed.  walked dizzily out of the building and back home.  the worst thing about the flu is that you want to eat and drink nice things, but you can't.  you never realize how much you like and desire orange juice until you're deprived of it for a week.  being sick is not good at all.

went to the infirmary today, for no reasons other than to get a slip which excuses me from missing some classes
because of my illness.  on the way there various people got on the bus...little did they know i infected them with
whatever it is i have.  arriving, i spent quite a while waiting to see a nurse, even thought i had an appointment...but i arrived early, oh well.  when i saw the nurse, she asked me why i was blushed, and she thought i had some rash or something..of course she could never understand why i blush whenever i have to talk to someone in general.  i tried to tell her it was just something i get from time to time, nothing extraordinary, but she wouldn't believe me and i ended up having to have a blood test taken.  my arm is consequently uncomfortably sore.  i wonder if i really do have anything that warranted a blood test...probably not.
