i remember the first time i listened to the eponymous alice in chains album.  i thought it was good, but i never really "listened" to it, more of just used it for background noise sometimes.  it wasn't until it entered my domain of friday night video game brainstorming that i began to listen to the music, lyrics, background elements.  the way everything came together.  that's when i noticed it was so great.  i'm at home<home> right now, listening to that same album again while working on this microeconomics report.  and having the same feelings about it concerning its 'goodness'.
